We offer delivery throughout England & Wales using trusted third-party haulage partners. Zone 1 smaller-vehicle deliveries are suitable for sites with limited access or lower volumes. These are operated by in-group vehicles capable of reaching areas unsuitable for articulated lorries. Please confirm access conditions and unloading arrangements when ordering so the correct vehicle can be allocated.
For articulated deliveries, ensure there is adequate access for an HGV with firm, level ground and space to manoeuvre. If there are restrictions such as weight limits, height barriers, timed access, narrow lanes or low trees, please advise us when placing your order so we can brief the carrier appropriately.
Unloading facilities must be available at the point of delivery. A forklift or telehandler is required for palletised consignments; drivers are not permitted to handball or manually unload goods. Where no mechanical offload is available, sufficient labour and equipment should be in place to receive the goods. Failed delivery, waiting-time or re-booking charges may apply if unloading or access prevents completion of delivery.
Deliveries are made to the delivery address provided and scheduled on a nominated day. The carrier will supply an estimated time window; actual timing is subject to route planning and traffic conditions. A responsible person must be on site to receive and sign for the goods.
Risk passes on delivery. Inspect goods upon receipt and record any visible damage or shortages on the carrier’s paperwork (POD). Notify us promptly with photos so we can liaise with the haulier. Packaging is for transport only and may not be suitable for prolonged outdoor storage—store materials off the ground and covered on arrival.
Collection is available from our depot in Clacton-On-Sea (CO16 9QH) by prior arrangement. Please confirm vehicle type and arrival time in advance so we can prepare your consignment. The collecting vehicle must be suitable for the load and compliant with DVSA safe-loading requirements.
Lead times vary depending on regional haulage capacity and seasonal demand. We’ll confirm the earliest available delivery date when your order is placed and provide booking details once confirmed with the carrier.
